For Jess Anthony, coaching is about more than helping athletes ski faster. It's about helping them build a foundation for a lifetime in the sport.

A lifelong skier and former competitive racer, Jess returned to skiing as a coach after raising her family. What began as volunteering with her children's race team quickly became a passion for athlete development. Since then, she has dedicated herself to becoming one of the most highly trained alpine coaches in the Northeast, continually pursuing education through both PSIA-AASI and U.S. Ski & Snowboard.

Jess is a PSIA-AASI Alpine Level III, CS2 Certified Instructor, U.S. Ski & Snowboard Level 300 Coach, NYSSRA Coach Educator, Vice Chair of the NYSSRA Children's Committee and a member of the PSIA-AASI Eastern Alpine Development Team. In recognition of her commitment to professional growth, she was awarded the 2026 Nancy Oakes Hall National Academy Scholarship, allowing her to attend PSIA National Academy at Copper Mountain alongside many of the nation's top educators.

She currently serves as the Head U14 Coach and Staff Trainer at Hunter Mountain, Head Coach of the Fox Lane High School Ski Team, and Section 1 Ski Chair, where she coordinates racing for more than 30 high school teams. Jess has also been invited to guest coach for organizations including Carrabassett Valley Academy, NYSEF, and the NYSSRA U14 Project, while continuing to lead year-round athlete development through on-snow training programs.

At Elevation Ski Camps, Jess combines her passion for teaching with a philosophy centered on strong fundamentals, individualized coaching, and lifelong learning. She believes that every athlete, whether preparing for race season or simply looking to become a stronger skier, benefits from understanding why they move the way they do and how to improve with purpose.

Her goal is simple: to help every skier leave camp more confident, more capable, and inspired to continue growing both on and off the snow. Whether you're preparing for your first race, chasing the podium, or simply looking to become a stronger skier, we'd love to help you reach your next level. Come elevate with us.

"My goal is for every skier to leave camp with more confidence, better fundamentals, and a clear understanding of how to continue improving long after camp ends."

Our Approach

Fundamentals unlock everything.

We don't chase quick fixes. We build skiing from the ground up; stance, balance, edge control, and movement patterns that hold up under pressure. Whether you're skiing your first groomer or running gates, the fundamentals are the same. We just meet you where you are.

01

Certified & Credentialed

PSIA and USSS certification means our coaching is held to the highest standards in the sport.

02

Small Groups, Real Attention

Low coach-to-athlete ratios mean every skier gets meaningful feedback every session.

03

Video Analysis

We use video to show athletes exactly what their body is doing on snow. Seeing is believing and helps accelerates improvement.
